Boxing legend Mike Tyson has sent football fans into a frenzy after being spotted in a Juventus kit during his recent trip to Turin. The 57-year-old has been visiting Italy for the shooting of his upcoming action film ‘Bunny Man’. During his trip, the former boxing world heavyweight champion decided to make a stop at Juventus’ headquarters where he sported the Bianconeri’s classic black and white colours. This led to the Serie A club sending out a post on X with pictures of Mike Tyson donning their kit. Their post reads, “Training at JTC will be much harder from today”.

This isn’t the first time that fans have seen Mike Tyson don the colours of a football club. Almost 14 years ago back in 2010, the boxing icon was paraded around the London Road pitch while wearing a Peterborough kit. The incident took place during the club’s pre-season friendly match against West Ham United. In the past, Tyson also donned the football kits of several other teams including Argentina, Brazil, Scotland and England. On the club level, he has been spotted in shirts of the Rangers, Manchester United, Wolves and Benfica.

Mike Tyson has been associated with football on several occasions in the past. Back in 2013, the former boxer found himself on commentary duty during Barcelona’s Copa del Rey semi-final against Real Madrid in 2013. In that game, Cristiano hit his iconic ‘Calma’ celebration after scoring against the Blaugranas. Once the match was over, he went on to label Ronaldo as a ‘sensational’ footballer.

Mike Tyson’s upcoming Bunny Man is a new superhero film that is being produced by Andrea Lervolino and writer Enrico Remmert. Tyson revealed his involvement in the film in a press conference and as per SportBible, he will be cast in the film as himself. The plot of the movie is set to revolve around a multimillionaire superhero who is seeking vengeance for his sister’s death by suicide.

Speaking of Juventus FC, the Old Lady recently found themselves on the losing end of their highly-anticipated Serie A clash against Inter Milan. The match took at the iconic San Siro on Monday, February 5. Both Inter and Juve headed into the game as the top two teams in the Italian league. In the end, the match proved to be a tight affair with Inter taking home the three crucial points off a 1-0 win. The only netting of the game was an own goal, scored by Federico Gatti in the 37th minute. Inter’s win has now put them four points clear of the Bianconeri in the title race.
