Canceling Your IPSY Subscription
Log into your IPSY account and click “ACCOUNT.” Go to IPSY’s website and click the pink “LOG IN” button in the upper right corner. Enter the username and password for your account, then press “LOG IN.” Then click “ACCOUNT” in the upper right corner to find your account. If you’re already logged in, click the hamburger menu (the three lines) in the upper right corner, then click “ACCOUNT.” IPSY doesn’t have a phone number, so you cannot call them to cancel your account.
Click “View Membership” on the subscription you’d like to cancel. Under the “Your Memberships” header, click on the active membership you’d like to cancel. Scroll down and click the button that says “View Membership” or “Manage Membership.” If you have a gift card on your account and cancel your membership, you won’t be able to use the rest of it towards purchases on IPSY. However, you can use it if you reactivate your membership.
Scroll down and click “Cancel Membership.” This will start the cancelation process for your subscription. If you don’t see the “Cancel Membership” button, click on the button at the bottom that says “Help me stop my membership.” On this page, you can switch your membership from annual to monthly or monthly to annual. You also have the option to pause your IPSY membership if you’d just like a short break. Click “Skip a Month” and specify how long you’d like to pause your subscription.
Follow the instructions to log in again and click “Continue Cancellation.” If the website asks you to, enter your username and password, then hit “LOG IN.” Click “Continue Cancellation” at the bottom of the next page. You may have to check your email to click on a link sent by IPSY. You’ll see a confirmation message on your screen when the cancelation successfully processes. The site may also ask you to give up to 2 reasons why you’re canceling your subscription. Check two of the boxes from the list and then hit “Continue Cancellation.” You must cancel your membership before 12 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) on the last day of the month to stop the next month’s order from being processed. If you’d like to cancel additional subscriptions, click the “X” in the upper right corner and navigate back to your account settings.
Canceling Your IPSY Refreshments Membership
Log in and click “ACCOUNT” in the upper right corner. Visit IPSY’s website and click the “LOG IN” text in the corner of the page. Enter your username and password, then select “LOG IN.” Click “ACCOUNT” in the upper right corner. To cancel a single item, go to the Refreshments tab, scroll down to the item, and click “Learn More.” Select “I need a break from this item.” Select the reason for the cancelation and click “Stop future deliveries.”
Click “View membership” and select “Stop my membership.” Under the “Refreshments” header, click on the text that says “View membership.” Scroll down until you find the button that says “Stop my membership.”
Select “Continue Cancellation” to cancel your subscription. A window will pop up asking if you’re sure you’d like to cancel your Refreshments membership. To confirm your choice, click the button at the bottom that says “Continue Cancellation.” As long as you have an active IPSY membership, you can add Refreshments products you want to your cart and automatically resubscribe to IPSY Refreshments.
Deleting Your Account
Contact IPSY Care to cancel your account. To contact support quickly, chat with IPSY’s Glam Bot virtual assistant. You can also connect with IPSY on Twitter or message them on Facebook. IPSY typically responds to messages within 24 hours. There’s no way to contact IPSY by phone to delete your account or cancel your membership.
Can you get a refund after canceling your annual membership?
No, you cannot get a refund for the rest of your order. If you decide to cancel your annual membership at IPSY, you don’t have an option to get a refund for the boxes you have left. Instead, you’ll continue to receive the remaining boxes in your order and your membership will not automatically renew the next year. IPSY does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on their products, and you cannot cancel your order after it’s placed. If one of the items in your order is missing or damaged when you receive it, contact IPSY within 45 days after the shipment date.
