1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap Cellular.
3. Tap the green switch next to "Skype".

Open the Settings app.
Tap Cellular.
Scroll down to "Skype". If you don't have Skype installed on your iPhone, it won't be an option here.
Tap the green switch next to "Skype". It should turn grey. Doing this will disable cellular data for Skype.
