Go to https://get.google.com/albumarchive. You can use a computer, phone, or tablet to access this site. Log in if prompted. If you're using the wrong Google account, click or tap your profile picture in the top right corner of the page and click or tap a different account.
Click or tap Photos from Hangouts. It should show you a thumbnail of a picture you've used in Hangouts. You'll see all the photos and videos you've shared in Hangouts organized by chats.
Click or tap a chat to view the photos and videos. All the photos and videos you've shared in that chat will appear. Click or tap an image again to be able to download it or delete it in the three-dot menu that's in the top right corner of the page.
