Actor Chiranjeevi will soon greet his fans with a socio-fantasy film after his latest movie Bholaa Shankar. The movie is tentatively titled Mega156. It is directed by the Bimbisara fame filmmaker Vashistaa Mallidi and is touted to be a supernatural thriller. The grand pooja ceremony was held on the occasion of Dussehra which witnessed the attendance of Chiranjeevi, other lead actors, music composers and crew members of the film.

The movie is produced under the banner of UV creations. The production house has now released photos and videos of the grand ceremony, hence announcing the launch of Mega156.

UV Creations released a video of the ceremony in which the music composer of the movie MM Keervaani is seen composing a celebration song for the film. Usually, the pooja ceremony is followed by the shooting of the first scene of the film however in the old days, Telugu filmmakers followed the opposite tradition. They usually began the production work with music composition and hence the makers of Mega156 decided to revive the old tradition through this movie.

In the video, MM Keeravani talks about the UV creations and announces the beginning of the composition of the first song of the movie. It is expected to be a celebration song of the film.

“Beginning the MEGA MASS BEYOND UNIVERSE with a celebratory song composition followed by an auspicious Pooja Ceremony,” captioned UV Creations while uploading the post. Take a look:

The production house also posted some photos from the grand ceremony in which Chiranjeevi was seen along with his family and crew of the movie.

Initially, Mega156 was supposed to be Mega157 of the actor. After Bholaa Shankar, the actor was supposed to be working with Kalyan Krishna but it got postponed due to undisclosed reasons. It is believed that after the failure of Bhola Shankar, the actor wanted to distance himself from comedy movies.
