Afghan accuses Pak of exporting terror

Afghanistan: Afghanistan President Hamid Karzai has accused Pakistan of training militants and sending them to Afghanistan.

Karzai said that Pakistan should realise it no longer has power to determine events in Afghanistan.

Relations between the two neighbours deteriorated this year after Afghanistan said Taliban insurgents were operating from Pakistan.

Pakistan has refuted these charges.

However, the US has maintained that Pakistan has not done enough in the war on terrorism.

"Terrorism is a fire that will expand to Pakistan as well. If the bomb blasts destroy us one day it will destroy you too," said Karzai.
