Hyderabad: The failed Monsoon has forced the government of Andhra Pradesh to seek divine Intervention. A worried government of N Chandrababu Naidu has issued a circular asking all temples in the state to offer special poojas, conduct yagnas and havans, praying for bountiful rains across the state.

Like most parts of India, Monsoon has failed in Andhra Pradesh, this year.

There have been instances of government ordering special prayers for good rains in Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh in the past.
