On the road to success '12 AM Madhyarathri', made under the supervision of veteran Kashinath, has trained the producer Prathima and her husband Vijayakumar for making their first film. It is good sign for the Kannada cinema, as Kashinath has earlier submitted a project on the traffic signal lights that was incorporated by Karnataka police.
A man with studious approach towards cinema, since 80's, Kashinath, has guided the new producers is a point to be noted by everyone. With decades of experience, Kashinath, addressing at the get together for the first week success of the film mentioned that, "Audiences are good teachers. I found the same mood of '12 AM Madhyaratri' and my film 'Anubhava'".
"Actress Jayamala while watching the film, made a forecast about the success before it got released. There was an apprehension for 'Anubhava' from industry front. But when it came to the public, there response was tremendously good. I told the same to producer Vijayakumar. Again in the first week itself, it is getting positive in the box office from audience" recalled Kashinath.
Director Karthik was bit upset when he took the mike at the end of success meet. "This script, when I narrated to some of the people within the industry, they took it as an entertainment. They never bothered to make a film. A newcomer with serious approach to cinema should not be given such scant respect. It was only Kashinathji, who understood my capacity and encouraged" stated Karthik who had even thought of withdrawing from cinema.
At the first week success meet, producer Vijayakumar, Prathima Vijayakumar, actor Abhimanyu, Alok, Ravikumar, Mamata Raut, music scorer Rajesh Ramanath, cameraman Umapathi also spoke about there working experience.
