Over three lakh pilgrims have paid obeisance at the cave shrine of Amarnath.
The batch 262 men, 43 women and 32 sadhus left in a motorcade of 10 vehicles from Bhagwati Nagar base camp here at 5 AM, a police official said.
Amid tight security of CRPF, the convoy has already reached Kud on the Jammu-Srinagar national highway.
With Tuesday's batch, as many as 43,559 pilgrims have so far left from the Jammu base camp for the shrine.
