Bigg Boss 8: Pritam's wife and son come to meet him inside the house, Renee's refusal for a task leaves Karishma teary eyed

It was day of drama, reunions and emotional outburst inside the 'Bigg Boss' house. The second day of the luxury budget task 'app' had emotions running inside the house as some of the housemates finally got to meet their loved ones.

Pritam is summoned in the activity area and provided with an opportunity to meet his wife Amanjyot as one of his options. Needless to say Pritam opts to meet his wife and thereby drains out 32% of the battery. Pritam goes inside a special room to meet his wife, he is a little disappointed to see a glass window between him and his wife. Seeing his wife standing in front of him with tears is her eyes, Pritam gets emotional as well. But he is pleasantly surprised when his toddler son walks in and after seeking permission from Bigg Boss, he takes his son inside the house to meet the rest of the housemates.

Ali, as well, opts to meet his girlfriend Gauri and Bigg Boss promises to arrange for a date for the two. To recharge the battery, Upen and Renee are given the task to colour their hair blonde. While Upen willingly does it, Renee refuses to budge and therefore the battery is only 50% charged.

Later in the day, Karishma is called in to the activity area and is told that that she can meet her mother but that would drain the battery to 32% while battery only has 22% charge. Bigg Boss asks Karishma to convince Renee to do the task so that she can meet her mother. Meanwhile, seeing her mother on the screen Karishma gets emotional and the entire thing is relayed on the screen to the rest of the housemates who get emotional as well. Renee tears up but refuses to do colour her hair stating that no one saved her during the nominations and that she would play for herself in this house.

Housemates try to pacify Renee but she refuses. Karishma tells Renee that she shouldn't colour her hair due to pressure and only to perform the task if she wants to do it on her own. After much contemplation, Renee ultimately says no to the task and Karishma instead opts to take her make up back thereby draining the remaining 22% of the battery and ending the this week's luxury budget task.
