Chandrababu Naidu moves HC against CBI probe

HYDERABAD: Telugu Desam Party (TDP) president N Chandrababu Naidu on Monday filed a petition in the AP High Court urging it to suspend its earlier order of CBI probe into his assets.
Though, Naidu's wife Bhuvaneswari and son Lokesh were among other respondents, only Naidu filed the petition, in which he stated that his family was not involved in government work and were not in politics.In the petition, Naidu asserted that Vijayamma filed her petition with a political motive of maligning his image in public life. Naidu's petition comprised 25 pages, with which he had attached a 530page book containing past court judgements and the reports of commissions ordered against him by YSR government. Naidu reserved the right to submit more information during the course of arguments, sources said.
