CM firmly behind Kolar deputy commissioner

BANGALORE: Chief minister B S Yeddyurappa on Saturday defended the actions of Kolar deputy commissioner who ejcted some farmers from a meeting convened to select the beneficiaries of Suvarna Bhoomi programme."I have inquired about the incident. There is no fault on DC's part. The question of taking action against the DC doesn't arise," he said.
Reacting sharply to the CM's comment, JD(S) leader H D Kumaraswamy said that this reveals the true colours of Yeddyurappa.
