Step 6 – Fill in the prescribed format of application form
Step 7 – Deposit the application fee in any branch of Bank Of India in favour of ‘District Health and Welfare family Samiti’
Step 8 – Send the hard copy of the duly filled application form along with other necessary documents and transaction fee slip at the below mentioned address:

Eligibility Criteria:
The applicant must be possess GNM certificate from an Institute recognised by the Indian Nursing Council and the candidate should have proficiency in local language.
Age Limit:
The age of the applicants should not be more than 64 years. Age relaxation rules apply as stated in the official advertisement above.
Pay Scale:
The selected candidates will get receive Rs.17,220 per month.
Selection Process:
The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of an Interview.
