Engineering student dies for Telangana

WARANGAL: D Srinadh (19), an engineering student of the Warangal Institute of Technology and Science at Gudeppad, committed suicide by consuming poison night at their fields on Tuesday night for the cause of Telangana. According to sources,Srinadh, a native of Urugonda in Atmakur mandal, consumed pesticide at 10 p.m. Soon, he was shifted to MGM Hospital where he died on Wednesday afternoon while undergoing treatment. In a suicide note left behind, Srinadh faulted the central government for failing to take any decision on Telangana even while elected representatives tender their resignations.The Centre and the Congress are adopting double standards on the issue, he lamented. He wanted separate Telangana to be carved out at the earliest.
