New York: Facebook has now started improving the contrast and lighting of all images uploaded by the users.
The update, which has started on Apple's iOS devices will soon be added to the android Facebook app. Previously, this feature was optional but now, the enhancements are made automatically, Techcrunch reported.
The options to crop photos and add filters are also available as before but the website now tries to make sure all uploaded images look better. To try the edit option, select a photo to upload, once the app enhances the image, a small "magic wand" lights up in blue. There is also an option to tone up or down the effects before uploading them.
