BIJAPUR: State BJP president K S Eshwarappa accused former Lokayukta Justice Santosh Hegde of acting in a biased manner while investigating various scandals in the state machinery from 2000 to 2010.Speaking to reporters here on Saturday, he said that Hegde targeted only former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa. He also said that private complaints about de-notification of lands were stretched far and wide by the former Lokayukta.However, Eshwarappa expressed confidence that the final outcome in judiciary would settle all ambiguities in matters relating to denotification.He recalled that Justice Hegde was assigned the task of investigating various scandals in the state from 2000 to 2010. Lands were denotified even during the tenure of S M Krishna. Unfortunately, only Yeddyurappa was targeted, he fumed.
