Chennai: Actor Bharath is currently busy shooting for his upcoming film, 555, directed by Sasi of Poo fame. Though the actor hasn't delivered any big hits after Kanden Kadhalai, he seems to be quite excited about 555. The film also has Chandini from the US, who is venturing as an actress with this film.
For Bharath, 555 is very close to his heart as he is expecting it to give him another big break just like how Kadhal did. Says he, "At present, I'm doing only 555. I have been hitting the gym and keeping myself fit for this film. It's a different film and everyone would like to watch it."
The actor has been shooting for nearly 140 days for 555, and the film is expected to release next year. His previous films, Thambiku Endha Ooru and Yuvan Yuvathi didn't see much moolah in the box office. Explains the actor, "Both the scripts were completely different and as an actor, I have given my best in both films. Sometimes, you never know what the audience likes to watch. And I have decided to be a little careful while choosing my scripts from now on. Mistakes do happen but now, I'm only concentrating on 555 and expecting it to bring me laurels."
There is another surprise for the audience as Bharath is doing a cameo in Vasanthabalan's Aravaan along with Anjali. The actor, who has undergone a complete makeover for Aravaan, has no regrets doing a guest appearance. "I did a 10-day shoot for Aravaan. Even though it's a cameo, I have a meaty role to do. The story revolves around me and my appearance in the film is a surprise. Vasanthabalan is a very good director and I'm happy to be part of his film," he says
