The poster by Hizbul Mujahideen has also warned the people against helping Indian agencies against them.
New Delhi: Terrorist outfit Hizbul Mujahideen has reportedly put up a poster in the Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir urging the surrendered terrorists to join back to fight for the 'Kashmir' cause.
It also issued threats to its overground workers to "return the money of the outfit which they have gobbled".
The poster on the letter of Hizbul Divisional Commander Mohammad Amin Butt Jahingir Saroori has warned people against helping the Indian agencies in their cause.
The police is investigating who might have up pasted the posters.
