Mumbai: Mumbai Police raided a hookah parlour on Wednesday night and detained 45 people. The raid was carried out at Black Diamond Hookah Parlour in the Dock Yard area.
According to the police the Black Diamond Hookah Parlour was being run illegally. The hookah parlour was actually being run inside a motorcycle showroom. From the outside the parlour resembled a motorcycle showroom.
Several hidden and secret passages had been made for entering and exiting the parlour.
