New Assembly Complex on the way

PUDUCHERRY: CM N Rangasamy assured the house that an assembly would be constructed at the site acquired earlier.  he said here on Wednesday that the 4(1) notice had been issued for acquisition of land for government use at 45 places between April 2008 to March 2011 and 13 were acquired. He also revealed that govt land had been given on long lease to five trusts/institutions.When it was pointed out that some people were doing business after the issue of 4(1) or 5(1) notice, he said only required lands would be acquired.
