New SPP in Palmolein Case

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:  The State Government has decided to appoint Biju Manohar, legal advisor in Kottayam Vigilance Court, as the special public prosecutor in the controversial Palmolein case. He will appear in the Thrissur Vigilance Court when it considers the case on  February 23.Biju Manohar succeeds P A Ahmed, who resigned after accusing the Vigilance of trying to sabotage the investigation into the Palmolein case.
