Indians returned with just two bronze medals in their kitty.
Kolkata: Indians returned empty-handed on the concluding day of the 17th Asian Archery Championship on Sunday, to cap a miserable outing in Tehran with just two bronze medals in their kitty.
Women's compound archer Manjudha Soy was the only Indian running in a medal race on Sunday, but she lost to Korean Kwon oh Hyang in the tie-breaker of their bronze medal-play off.
Locked 140-140, the duo had a one-arrow shoot-off as the Indian got a 9 against the Korean's 10.
In the last edition held in Bali in 2009, India had clinched two silver medals and as many bronze medals.
