Former Calcutta HC judge Santosh Kumar Faujdar has been appointed as observer for the CAB elections.
Kolkata: Former Calcutta High Court judge Santosh Kumar Faujdar has been appointed as observer for Cricket Association of Bengal elections to be held on July 30.
The City Civil Court in Kolkata had earlier rejected the names of observers proposed by the two factions contesting for the elections.
Earlier the Jagmohan Dalmiya and UC Banerjee camps had proposed Gen. Shankar Roy Choudhury and UC Banerjee as names for the observer’s post.
