Over 44,000 take TNPSC exams in Vellore, Tiruvannamalai districts

Of 10,354 candidates who had applied for Group-VII B examinations, 3,373 candidates appeared for the examinations, officials said. District Collector Ajay Yadav inspected a few centres to ensure free and fair examinations.In Tiruvannamalai district, 15,983 out of 18,636 candidates appeared for the Group-II examinations in Tiruvannamalai, while 3,121 candidates of 8,645 wrote the Group-VII B examinations.The examinations were held in 66 centres in Polur, Arni, Cheyyar and Tiruvannamalai taluks in the district.
