Parents beat up Burdwan school headmaster accusing him of molesting students

Burdwan: Angry Parents assaulted the headmaster of a primary school in Burdwan in West Bengal accusing him of being a habitual molester of his students.

The incident took place on Monday morning at the Ramakrishna Vidyamandir school in the Bidhan Pally area of Burdwan.

The headmaster, Rabishankar Majhi, was beaten up with shoes and sandals and then handed over to the police. Guardians alleged that the headmaster did not mend his ways despite several prior warnings.

Police have arrested the headmaster for further investigation.
