Retired Canara College principal passes away

SHIMOGA: Retired principal of Canara College, Mangalore, Nagaraj Javali (63) passed away after a masive heart attack at his residence in Tirthahalli on Sunday morning. He is survived by his  wife Parvathi and their son Arjun. Nagaraj Javali belonged to Javali family of Tirthahalli and served as a distinguished academician. He was a popular critic too. Though he was associated with theatre activities he never he came up on stage. He always worked behind the screen, his close associates and friends recollect. Gowdasaraswatha Community, theatre artists and Nata Mitraru, a threatre group in Tirthahalli, have condoled the demise of Nagaraj Javali.
