HYDERABAD: The one-day All India Trade Union strike called by various unions in the country against price rise and workers’ rights saw little participation in the twin cities on Tuesday. RTC buses continued to ply as usual, with no buses off the road, confirmed an RTC official.Even autos operated as normal, with their drivers claiming that the strike would do them little good. But bank workers showed their support to the strike, with all PSU banks downing their shutters for the day.Protests by left wing activists were seen in the morning in front of nationalised banks.Users of bank services, though, didn’t feel the strike made much of an impact.“The ATM usually stores enough cash for two days. And I can definitely go one day without making any deposits,” said an SBI customer.
