Civil service aspirants who crack the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), one of the toughest examinations in the country, finally get their dream job of an IAS officer after a lot of struggle. While several IAS officers come into limelight for their good work, this former bureaucrat has made headlines for roaming Haryana’s Faridabad with two donkeys.

The Haryana cadre IAS officer, Praveen Kumar had once served as the Deputy Commissioner of Faridabad. Kumar, a 2001 batch IAS officer has now retired after serving in many positions.

The retired civil servant, whose pictures has now gone viral for roaming around with two donkeys in Faridabad’s Badkhal assembly constituency says that he wants to give a message to people that should change their mentality. He believes that in today’s hectic life, people are losing control over their thoughts.

Kumar was known for his unique approaches even when he was in service and has often been in news. Even after retirement, he has hit the headlines once again, this time with two donkeys, trying to make people change their way of thought.
