PALAKKAD: Three persons were killed when the car in which they were travelling collided with a KSRTC bus at Old Lakkidi near Ottapalam on Monday. The mishap occurred at 6.30 a.m. The deceased were identified as Subaida, 52, and her children, Ayeshakutty,36 and Ishaaq, 27. They belonged to Nambiath Veetil at Changaleeri in Mannarkad. The inmates of the car were going to Thrissur from Mannarkad for the treatment of Subaida in a hospital. The KSRTC bus was on its way to Palakkad.
