Transfer of EE registration challenged

CHENNAI: A writ plea has been filed in the Madras High Court seeking to delete the names of persons who have transferred their registration in the employment exchanges (EEs) in Andhra Pradesh to Tamil Nadu and got jobs as graduate assistant for minority languages in government schools.Justice K Chandru, before whom the petition from R Nagaraj and K Jayaram of Krishnagiri district came up for hearing on Monday, admitted it and ordered notice returnable in two weeks. The petitioners contended that the EEs in Krishnagiri, Vellore, Tiruvallur and Chennai, have, of late, started registering the candidates, who had registered their names with the EEs in Andhra Pradesh.
