If reports are to be believed, the smashing pair of Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will be together after a gap of six years. According to Bombay Times, cinematographer turned director Rajiv Menon has already approached SRK with a power-packed script. And for the leading, Menon has his Kandukonden Kandukonden star Ash in mind.
Ash and SRK had been locked in a cold war of sorts ever since he replaced her with Rani Mukerji in Chalte Chalte. The clash became even more evident when the Bachchans did not invite SRK for Abhi-Ash's wedding. But in the last few months it seems there has been a reconciliation between the two parties. SRK surprised the media by turning up at the Drona premiere and posing happily with the Bachchans. The two families also interacted at length on Karan Johar's birthday.
SRK and Ash were last seen together in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Devdas. Bombay Times reports that Shah Rukh is now extremely keen on doing mature, intense roles and has no issues working with Ash.
Sources inform Rajiv has specially flown down to London for an extended script narration with SRK.
