SHINee’s Taemin Gets Booed During World Tour And It Is All Part Of The Show
During the world tour Taemin was seen encouraging the Shawols to boo him. Fans weren’t ready to criticise their idol but eventually, they followed his lead.

SHINee’s Taemin is entertaining fans on his 2024 Ephemeral Gaze World Tour. He recently performed at the Inspire Arena in Incheon. During the concert, an unexpected moment occurred when Taemin was booed by his audience—but it was all part of the show. Videos circulating online show Taemin playfully encouraging the crowd to boo him during the soundcheck. Initially reluctant, his fans eventually complied with his request.

Social media users have speculated about the reason behind this unusual request, with some suggesting that Taemin, accustomed to receiving praise, wanted to experience being booed for a change, according to Koreaboo.

As the concert continued and videos from the event were shared online, Taemin was seen enjoying when the Shawols were chanting his name. He even encouraged fans to cheer even louder. Seems like, the speculation was right, as the South Korean star was simply curious about seeing a different side of the Shawols, which added a unique twist to his exciting tour. Sharing the video on X, a fan wrote, “Why is bro begging the crowd to boo him.”

While Taemin’s fans have been enjoying his recent performances, the official YouTube channel of his agency, Big Planet Made, was recently hacked. This breach affected not only Taemin but also other artists represented by the agency, including VIVIZ, Lee Mu-jin, BE’O, Ha Sung-woon, Ren, Lee Seung-gi and Badvillain. The hackers replaced the agency’s videos with Tesla’s logo and a clip of Elon Musk speaking. Thankfully, Big Planet Made responded swiftly, informing fans that they are working to restore the channel and recover the lost content.

As per All KPop, the agency mentioned, “It has been perceived that the YouTube channels of Big Planet Made artists were hacked in the early hours of September 5 KST, and currently, a solution is being devised with YouTube to address the problem. We ask for your understanding as you may experience discomfort when using the artists’ channels for the time being, and we will do our best to recover all contents as soon as possible.”

Following his recent performance in Incheon, Taemin is gearing up for the next phase of his 2024 Ephemeral Gaze World Tour. According to NME, the idol will soon reach Kuala Lumpur, Taipei, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Fukuoka, Jakarta, Dubai, Singapore and Manila.
