Ingredients

Large carrot

2 medium oranges

1-inch ginger

¼ cup lemon juice

Ice cubes

Method

Mint leaves for garnish

Chop carrot, peel oranges, and slice ginger.

Blend all ingredients except mint leaves.

Strain and serve with mint leaves.

Ingredients

600 ml chilled milk

4 scoops berry ice cream

30 ml raw honey

30 g pista paste

30 g cashew paste

30 g almond paste

30 g boiled raisins

Ice cubes

1 tbsp saffron-soaked warm milk

½ tsp rose water

½ tsp kewra water

4 ml vanilla extract

12 g green cardamom paste

Whipped cream (optional)

Chopped pistachios (optional)

Dried rose petals (optional)

Saffron-soaked milk (optional)

Method

Blend ice cubes, all pastes, milk, honey, saffron-soaked milk, ice cream, rose water, and cardamom paste until smooth.

Pour honey into glasses, then pour the drink.

Top with whipped cream, chopped pistachios, and dried rose petals if desired. Drizzle with saffron-soaked milk.

Serve immediately chilled.

Refreshing Green Apple Mint by Anagha Ramakant Desai, Homechef

Ingredients

2 green apples

½ cup mint leaves

3-4 celery stalks

1 cucumber

1-2 tbsp lemon juice

1-inch ginger

Water if needed

Method

Slices of cucumber and lemon for topping

Core and chop apples, celery, and cucumber.

Blend all ingredients until smooth, adding water if necessary.

Strain and serve with cucumber and lemon slices.

Ingredients

4 tsp rolled oats

2-4 seedless dates

1 tsp roasted flax seeds

½ apple

¼ tsp cinnamon powder

Water as needed

1 tbsp chia seeds

Finely chopped apple for topping

Method

Soak oats in water for 15 minutes, then strain and wash.

Chop dates and apple.

Blend all ingredients except chia seeds.

Pour into a glass, top with soaked chia seeds and chopped apple.

Ingredients

400 ml coconut milk

75 g toasted shredded coconut

10 ml rose water

50 g palm sugar

60 g almond paste

20 g green cardamom seeds

60 g cashew paste

75 g pista paste

Fresh fennel leaves

40 g gulukand

90 g fresh coconut malai

Method

Soak dry fruits in rose water for 30 minutes.

Grind into a fine paste with rose petals, roasted coconut, saffron, fennel leaves, and cardamom.

Mix the paste with coconut milk and gulukand using a blender.

Shake the syrup with coconut malai, palm sugar, cardamom, and ice.

Serve cool with rose petals and coconut flakes.

Ingredients

¾ cup chopped papaya

1 medium banana

1 tbsp honey

150 ml milk

150 ml orange juice

4 tbsp plain Greek yogurt

Method

Chopped papaya and pomegranate arils for garnish

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Garnish with chopped papaya and pomegranate arils.

Ingredients

4 figs

300 ml milk

100 ml curds

3-4 tbsp honey

3-4 ice cubes

Fig slices for topping

Method

Quarter figs and put all ingredients in a blender.

Blend until smooth, then pour into glasses.

Serve chilled, topped with fig slices.

Ingredients

3-4 tomatoes

2 tbsp mint leaves

1 celery stalk

½ inch ginger

½ tsp roasted cumin powder

Water as needed

Method
