Red Knight
Ingredients
1. Watermelon Dices– 1 cup
2. Lemon Juice – 1 no.
3. Ginger grated – 1 tsp
4. Pineapple dices – 1/4 Cup
Garnish Water melon Slice, Sprig of mint
Method
1. Cut all the ingredients and refrigerate.
2. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
3. Pour in a chilled glass, garnish with watermelon slice & sprig of mint
4. Serve chilled
Kaffir Lime & Lemongrass Iced Tea
Ingredients
- Water – 1 cup
- Tea Leaves -1/2 tsp
- Lemongrass – 1 stalk
- Kaffir Lime Leaves- 2 nos
- Lemon Juice- 2 tsp
Garnish Lemon Slices, Kaffir Lime Juliennes
Method
- In a pan add water, lemongrass and allow it to boil. Add tea leaves and brew for a minute. Remove from flame, strain and allow it to cool in refrigerator.
- Add lemon juice, mix well. Pour in a chilled glass.
- Garnish with lemon slices, kaffir lime juliennes.
- Serve chilled.

Green Goodness
Ingredients
- Spinach – 1 cup
- Celery stem– 1 stalk
- Banana Ripe –1 no.
- Coconut Water- ¼ cup
- Green Apple – ¼ no.Method
- Wash & remove the stems.
- Wash and clean the celery stem. Peel the banana. Cut the apple into quarters and remove the seeds.
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
- Pour in a chilled glass.
- Serve chilled.
Dill & Cucumber Delight
Ingredients
1. Dill Leaves – ¼ cup
2. English Cucumber – 3 pcs
3. Lemon Juice- 1 tsp
Garnish Chopped Dill Leaves
Method
1. Wash & clean dill leaves and remove excess water from it. Finely chop a sprig for the garnish.
2. Wash and clean cucumber & drain. Remove excess water.
3. Blend all the ingredients well.
4. Rub the lemon on the rim of the chilled glass and invert the same on the chopped dill leaves so that it can stick to it. Pour in the glass.
5. Serve chilled.
Golden Glow
Ingredients
Carrot – 2 -3 pices
Raw Turmeric – 1 stalk
Fresh Orange Juice – 3 pcs
Ginger grated – 1 tsp
Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
Garnish Sprig of mint
Method
6. Wash & peel the carrots.
7. Grate the turmeric.
8. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
9. Pour in a chilled glass, garnish with sprig of mint
10. Serve chilled.
