This can lead to sensations of fullness, muffled hearing, and even temporary hearing loss.

Daily exercise ensures proper circulation of blood in the ear. Exercise helps fight against bacterial and fungal infections. and helps reduce inflammation in the ear. Drinking enough water helps keep the ear hydrated and relieves the problem of irritation or infection. At the same time, it reduces the spread of ear infections. Even after taking necessary precautions, if ear problems occur, it is recommended to consult an otolaryngologist immediately.
