In what is Cruise's fifth outing as the IMF agent Ethan Hunt, 'Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation' has Austria and Morocco as its chief filming locations.

With the fifth installment of the 'Mission: Impossible' series, 'Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation' ready for a worldwide release on Friday, the Tom Cruise starrer is already being deemed as one of the huge releases of 2015. Since the first part of the 'Mission: Impossible' series came out, the franchise has maintained its reputation of playing host to riveting action sequences which have been shot at exotic locations. The latest addition being no different.

In what is Cruise's fifth outing as the IMF agent Ethan Hunt, 'Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation' has Austria and Morocco as its chief filming locations.

If sources are to be believed, a major portion of the "road scenes" in 'Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation ' have been shot across several locations around Morocco, including Casablanca, Marrakech, Agadir etc.

The movie which has been written and directed by Christopher McQuarrie, also contains shots from the Austrian capital, Vienna. Austria is fast emerging as a new favourite amongst filmmakers, as the upcoming James Bond movie 'Spectre' too has stills of locations around the country.
