World Environment Day is marked on June 5. On this day, a number of events and campaigns are organised to spread awareness. Bollywood celebrities have also shared messages on social media to underline the importance of conversation and protecting the planet Earth. Now, Ananya Panday has joined the list. She has shared a throwback video of herself enjoying horse riding. The video, seemingly, was recorded during the shooting of Liger in Nevada, United States. Ananya played the lead opposite Vijay Deverakonda in the film. In the video, Ananya, dressed in a lavender sweatshirt paired with blue mom-fit jeans, is giving country girl vibes.
The Dream Girl 2 actress added the feel-good song Sooraj Ki Baahon Mein from the film Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara in the background. She captioned her video, “The earth does not belong to us, we belong to the earth #EnvironmentDay.”
Meanwhile, Ananya is gearing up for her project Call Me Bae. She will be essaying the role of a fashionista in the upcoming project. The first poster of the Prime Video series was revealed last year. Sharing the poster, the makers wrote, “Hey, hey baes, there’s a new fashionista in town who is here to stay and definitely slay all the way. Call Me Bae New Series, Now Filming.”
Vir Das, Gurfateh Pirzada, Varun Sood, Vihaan Samat, Muskkaan Jaferi, Niharika Lyra Dutt, Lisa Mishra, and Mini Mathur are also part of Call Me Bae. It is backed by Karan Johar’s Dharmatic Entertainment. Ananya also made her Bollywood debut with KJo’s Student Of The Year 2.
