After informing fans about the title of his first pre-release track, BTS’ RM has finally dropped the long-awaited teaser of Come Back To Me. On May 8, the 10-second teaser was shared by HYBE LABELS’ official YouTube channel. Notably, the pre-release track is from RM’s upcoming second solo album titled, Right Place, Wrong Person.
Come Back To Me will be released with its music video on May 10 at 1 PM (KST). Earlier, the title of the track was unveiled with two movie poster-style images, showing RM exuding a solemn yet sentimental emotion.

As the teaser plays, it presents a captivating and mysterious glimpse of the song, with the BTS singer staring directly into the camera. The video also has that eerie aura with RM standing under the dark lighting.

The music video is directed by Lee Sung Jin, best known for the Netflix series Beef. While Oh Hyuk of the band Hyukoh acts as the producer, singer-songwriter JNKYRD and San Yawn of Balming Tiger have written the pre-release song. RM penned its lyrics. Apart from the BTS member, it will also feature popular K-drama star Kim Minha.

Earlier, while announcing the album, BigHit Music said that RM’s second solo album will have a total of 11 tracks that “captures some of the universal emotions that we all experience at some point in life."
“The album falls within the alternative genre, boasting a rich sound coupled with frank, honest lyrics. Your anticipation and support for RM and his second solo album, ‘Right Place, Wrong Person’ would be much appreciated. Thank you," it added. A couple of concept photos were also shared, portraying the natural side of RM against the backdrop of Tokyo.

The album will be dropped on May 24, 2024, at 1 PM (KST). Notably, the album marks the BTS rapper’s first release after his official solo album Indigo came out in December 2022. Although RM is currently serving in the military, he was able to film the music videos before his enlistment in December last year.
In the meantime, the announcement has sparked a lot of excitement among his fans, who are eager to see what the new musical gem has in store for them.
