Chaitanya Rao Madadi and Hebah Patel-starrer Honeymoon Express was released on June 21, 2024. The film was in the news for its quirky teasers. It received a lot of criticism due to its bold scenes and erratic narration. The film’s OTT rights were not sold for the longest time. Now, according to the latest, Honeymoon Express has landed on Amazon Prime Video all of a sudden. The film is now streaming and has already become a talking point for its bold theme. Honeymoon Express is a Telugu-language comedy-drama film backed jointly by KKR and Bala Raj and has music by Kalyani Malik, whereas the background score is composed by RP Patnaik. The family drama was directed by Bala Rajasekharuni and also had veterans Tanikella Bharani and Suhasini in cameo roles. The cinematography of the film is handled by Sistla VMK.

Chaitanya Rao started his acting career in 2015 with Bandook. He later appeared in short roles in a few movies like Premam (2016) and Shamantakamani (2017). Chaitanya acted in the lead role as Charlie in Hawaa (2019), which is the first Telugu movie to be shot entirely in Australia. He came into the limelight after appearing in the web series 30 Wednesdays 21 (2021) on YouTube. He played a character that suffered from Tourette syndrome in Keedaa Cola (2023), and as per reports, it took three days to prepare for the role.
Hebah Patel is currently busy shooting for the upcoming film Odela 2. This supernatural thriller film is directed by Ashok Teja and written by Sampath Nandi and stars Tamannaah Bhatia, Hebah Patel, and Vasishta N. Simha in lead roles.
