Dua Lipa Receives Butterfly-themed Party From Boyfriend Anwar Hadid After Her Grammy Win
After her Grammy win, Dua Lipa received a butterfly-themed surprise party by her boyfriend Anwar Hadid. Taking to Instagram, she shared several pictures from the party that showed the pop star in a shiny Versace dress.

British pop star Dua Lipa won the Grammys on Sunday in the Best Pop Vocal Album category for Future Nostalgia. However, for Dua, the celebration had not ended there as the 25-year-old singer received a butterfly themed after party thrown by her boyfriend Anwar Hadid.

Taking to Instagram, she shared several pictures from the party that showed the pop star all glammed up in a shiny Versace dress. In a few pictures, Dua also shared a glimpse of her model boyfriend Anwar who was in a simple beige sweatshirt as he held a giant pink butterfly decoration. The 21-year-old brother of models Gigi and Bella Hadid made sure that he made his girlfriend feel special for her achievements. Captioning the post Dua wrote, all the butterflies in the world waiting are waiting for her. She further described Anwar as her “angel boy”.

The post has received more than 2,365,005 double taps since it was posted earlier on Wednesday. Dua’s Instagram post also received a comment from Anwar’s father and architect Mohammed Hadid who wrote, “cutest ever”. While Australian singer Kylie Minogue left a pink heart emoji on the post.

At the 63rd Grammy Awards that took place on March 14, 2021 Dua won her second career Grammy win and first win of the evening. The singer also mesmerised her fans and viewers with an energetic performance. Dressed in a pink Versace gown Dua started her performance with her hit song Levitating. She then went on to perform on her another hit song titled Don’t Start Now.

Dua’s performance has been viewed 13 million times by Wednesday. The singer took to Instagram to thank her team who choreographed, designed her outfits for the performance. In her instagram post Dua wrote that over seven million views were received on their Grammy performance in less than 24 hours and it also trended at number one YouTube. The singer sent out a big thank you to her “incredible team that helped put this together”.

Dua recently also released a new version of her album Future Nostalgia titled Future Nostalgia: Moonlight Edition where many of her songs got reinvented with a disco beat. It also featured a new track titled Prisoner featuring Miley Cyrus.
