Pawan Kalyan starrer Hari Hara Veera Mallu has been making headlines for a long time. Meanwhile, on May 4, Thursday, the makers surprised the viewers and unveiled the official trailer, which is currently garnering everyone’s attention.
The trailer not only shared glimpses of the film’s plot but also shared a couple of major announcements that gave some clarity to the film’s status. This upcoming film is an action-adventure based on the life of the eponymous 17th-century heroic outlaw. The film will be released in two parts.
The first part of the film is titled Hari Hara Veera Mallu Part 1: Sword vs. Spirit. It is directed by Krish Jagarlamudi and has also been replaced with Jyothi Krishna, who is popularly known for directing films like Enakku 20 Unakku 18 (2003) and Oxygen (2017), to name a few. The upcoming project is also being made under the close supervision of Krish. Hari Hara Veera Mallu also stars Nidhhi Agerwal, Bobby Deol, Sunil, Nora Fatehi, and Vikramjeet Virk in key roles.
The teaser describes Hari Hara Veera Mallu’s character as a lone warrior who wages a war for justice in a land where the poor are exploited and the rich thrive. Pawan Kalyan is featured as the hero of the poor, while Bobby Deol will be seen playing the role of a Mughal emperor. He is seen in a quite aggressive look and ferocious style. The 1-minute, 37-second teaser went viral in no time. It garnered 925K views on YouTube. While fans showered their feedback in the comment box. One of the users commented, “The Bobby Deol look is awesome." Another one said, “Pawan Kalyan plus Bobby Deol golden combination." “Pawan Kalyan is not simply acting; he is just living in that character, pure goosebumps overloaded," added the third user. Hari Hara Veera Mallu is backed by AM Rathnam under the banner of Mega Surya Productions. MM Keeravani has composed the film’s music. Gnanasekhar VS and Manoj Paramahamsa are the cinematographers of the film, with editing done by Praveen KL.
Meanwhile, according to the latest report, the makers are planning to release it after the end of IPL 2024. The official announcement regarding the official release date will be made soon. The film’s budget is said to be Rs 150 to 200 crore.
