The big beast is back! Kong: Skull Island is a reboot of King Kong franchise and second film from Monsterverse after 2014's Godzilla. The film is an action-adventure where a team of explorers and soldiers travel to an uncharted island in the Pacific, unaware that they are crossing into the domain of monsters, including the mythic Kong.
Directed by Jordan Vogt-Roberts, the film promises no comparison with the classic original. The film's cast includes talents like Tom Hiddleston, Samuel L. Jackson, John Goodman, Brie Larson, Jing Tian, Toby Kebbell and John C. Reilly. Going by trailer the film is heavy on uncharted jungle thrill and never seen before creatures (monsters).
