Businessman Mukesh Ambani has paid tribute to his late father, Dhirubhai Ambani at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding. The wedding is taking place today, Friday, July 12, in Mumbai. First videos from the wedding venue was shared on Instagram which showed a photo of the founder of the Reliance Industries has been put up at the enterance of the wedding venue. It was adorned with an assortment of beautiful flowers.
Dhirubhai Ambani passed away on July 6, 2002. Mukesh Ambani and his brother Anil Ambani often remmeber their father at the family’s special occasions.
Inside videos also revealed a red carpet was laid out for the guests to pose before they made their way to the wedding ceremony. Watch the video below:
Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding is taking place in Jio World Convention Centre, in Mumbai’s BKC neighbourhood. The wedding is set to take place over three days. The wedding ceremonies will kick off with the ‘Shubh Vivah’ on July 12. Prominent Indian and international guests are expected to attend.
Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding ceremonies will start on July 12, with the auspicious Shubh Vivah or wedding function. The dress code is Indian traditional. July 13 will be the day of Shubh Aashirwad and the dress code is Indian formal. July 14 will be the Mangal Utsav or the wedding reception and the dress code is Indian chic.
Several political leaders and international delegates will be participating in the wedding ceremony. These include Ram Nath Kovind, Rajnath Singh, Yogi Adityanath, N Chandrababu Naidu, Nara Lokesh, Pawan Kalyan, Mamata Banerjee, M K Stalin, K T Ramarao, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Abhishek Manu Singhvi, Salman Khurshid, Digvijaya Singh, Kapil Sibal, and Sachin Pilot, to name a few. International political leaders include John Kerry, Tony Blair, Boris Johnson, and Matteo Renzi.
Other international guests that will be at the wedding are Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian and John Cena. Several Bollywood stars are also expected to attend the bash. These include Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Nick Jonas, Vicky Kaushal, Katrina Kaif, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Janhvi Kapoor, to name a few.
