Pulkit Samrat Holds Wifey Kriti Kharbanda Close As They Pose At Heeramandi Premiere

Director Sanjay Leela Bhansali recently hosted a special screening of Heeramandi, his upcoming period drama series starring Sonakshi Sinha, Richa Chadha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Manisha Koirala, Sanjida Shaikh, Shamrin Sehgal, Fardeen Khan and Shekhar Suman. The event in Mumbai was a grand affair as the who’s who of Bollywood marked their presence. Newlywed couple Pulkit Samrat and his wife Kriti Kharabanda were also among the attendees.

Several pictures and videos of Pulkit and Kriti from the Heeramandi screening have been doing rounds on social media. In one such video, shared by a popular paparazzo account, the newly married couple could be seen posing together in front of the shutterbugs stationed at the premiere.

The Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana actress radiated glow in a satin peach saree. She kept her tresses open and accessorised her look with Lal-chuda. Pulkit, on the other hand, looked handsome in a black kurta pyjama set. The couple held each other close while posing in front of the paps.

Pulkit and Kriti tied the knot after dating for a few years, on March 15 this year in Delhi in an intimate wedding ceremony. Their romance blossomed after they first met on sets of their comedy film Pagalpanti, directed by Anees Bazmee. Soon after the duo started dating, they made their relationship Insta-official.

Recently, the couple celebrated their one-month wedding anniversary. To mark the special day, they shared an unseen video from their wedding festivities that featured some adorable moments from the couple’s big day and also included the song Tur Chaliyan.

The actress captioned the post, “We found ourselves when we found each other, and that’s the most beautiful kind of love. It’s been a month since the wedding, but our forever began lifetimes ago.”

The duo has also appeared together in films like Veerey Ki Wedding (2018) and in Bejoy Nambair’s Taish (2020).

Apart from them, celebs like Salman Khan, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Rekha, Ananya Panday, Rashmika Mandanna, Bhumi Pednekar, Randeep Hooda, Soni Razdan, Neetu Kapoor, and others also attended the screening of Heeramandi.

Heeramandi will be streaming on Netflix from May 1.
