Sangeeta Bijlani Looks Stunning In Latest Photoshoot, Fans Say She Is ‘Ageing Backwards’

Sangeeta Bijlani has been a popular face in showbiz since the 90’s, making her debut in 1988. She represented India at the Miss Universe platform in 1980 and has worked on a number of films. However, the actress has been away from the film industry for over a decade, and her admirers have anticipated her comeback for some time now. She keeps her fans updated about her life via social media and most recently, gave them a glimpse of her photoshoot.

In the short reel, Sangeeta is seen posing in front of a red backdrop wearing a bold black dress with gloves. “Click Click,” the actress wrote on the caption with her reel. While Sangeeta effortlessly posed for the camera, her followers could not help but appreciate how stunning she looked. One user wrote, “Sangeeta Proved that age is just a number,” while another person joked saying, “Pls stop lying about your age.You are in 30s…admit it.” Another fan noted that she is “Ageing backwards.”

Sangeeta Bijlani made her Bollywood debut with Qatil in 1988, starring Aditya Pancholi, and has since appeared in films such as Tridev, Hathyar, Jurm, Yodha, Yugandhar, Izzat and Lakshman Rekha. She’s pretty active on social media presently.

Few years back, addressing queries regarding her comeback in the entertainment industry, Sangeeta has stated that she was indeed eager. She told Etimes, “I would like to explore web shows. I will take an offer if it appeals to my sensibilities. I am not happy with what I am getting. I am excited to see the kind of work the new directors are presenting the audience with. I want to do something deep and interesting, not the regular, run-of-the-mill kind of stuff.”

Moreover, addressing the changes in the industry over the years, the actress noted, “Its fantastic that women are able to do that today.’ Today Bollywood has become much more organized and professional. There is such amazing content coming up too. Also, newer avenues are opening up like the web shows.”

Sangeeta stated that she was really delighted to take the break as at a time she was concerned about striking a balance between her personal and professional lives. The actress was last seen appearing as a guest on the reality show Super dancer in 2021.
