Recently, a fan of his shared a post using ill words against Puneeth’s wife that went viral causing menace among the fans. The post went viral from the fan page of Darshan.

A fake fan page was created in the name of Gajapade. A rogue fan posted offensive words about Aswini Puneeth Rajkumar, a film producer, and wife of late actor Puneeth Rajmukar. She is known for movies like Kavaludaari, Royal, 02 and Family Pack.
Actor Darshan had warned his fans of the same outrageous act almost nine years ago. After this incident, an old post of actor Darshan went viral on social media, “A request from my dear fans. Abusing other co-stars on Facebook and Twitter is not good”.
RCB’s loss has targeted Dodmane Sose. Fans have targeted Ashwini Punneth. They have created fake IDs of Gajapade to insult Ashwini Puneeth. A police complaint was filed for this reason.
