Taapsee Pannu recently tied the knot with Mathias Boe, a badminton coach from Denmark, after an 11 year courtship. Taapsee and Mathias had kept their relationship low profile, with very few knowing about it. Their marriage reportedly took place on March 23, and was a low key one with only family and close friends invited. The couple has not yet officially announced their marriage, nor shared their wedding photos on social media. Pictures and videos from the celebrations have been leaked and have gone viral on social media.
A video of the bride and groom dancing on the Sangeet Night has been shared by Instant Bollywood. The video shows Taapsee Pannu and Mathias Boe tapping their feet to the song Just the Way You Are by Bruno Mars. Taapsee slays in a white sharara set with full-sleeve top feather detailing and both of them are seen doing the Tango dance while a spotlight focuses on them.

The wedding was secretive and very few people got to know about it till the end of March. Previously another video from the wedding ceremony itself made its way to Reddit and confirmed the marriage. Wearing a crimson salwar kameez and a voluminous necklace, Taapsee was seen walking down the aisle towards Mathias – who was clad in a pagdi and sherwani. At her outdoor wedding site, Taapsee’s sister Shagun Pannu and her bridesmaids accompanied the bride during the daytime ceremony. The famous song Kothe Te Aa Mahiya by renowned ghazal singers Jagjit Singh and Chitra Singh was playing as the actress made her way down the aisle. Once the garland ceremony was over, the pair was spotted dancing.
Taapsee Pannu first met Mathias Boe during the inauguration ceremony of the Indian Badminton League in 2013, from where they became friends. Soon, the friendship blossomed into love and the pair dated each other for 11 years.
