Agreed, there are multiple reasons for the viewers to look forward to Shah Rukh Khan's Jab Harry Met Sejal which has been directed by Imtiaz Ali. But what remains significant is the fact that Anushka Sharma has united with her first onscreen star SRK for the third time after Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and Jab Tak Hai Jaan.
On being told how Anushka was completely in awe of him (something she mentioned in her first interview), Khan was quick to call it a lie. “I have said this before and I’ll say this again – right in the beginning of the shoot (Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi), she came up to me and said, “You can’t act". Ask her… And I was appreciative because she can learn lines just like I do. She learns fantastic lines and she does a great job. So I was like really in love with her and the way she’d talk."
But the star, in his exclusive interaction with CNN-News18’s Entertainment Editor Rajeev Masand also admitted that while Anushka never liked him as an actor, she appreciated him for being a good individual.
