Christmas Special: Kartik Aaryan And Kriti Sanon Celebrate With Friends

Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon have remained a fan favourite duo in Bollywood ever since they were cast together in Luka Chuppi in 2019. They are not just a popular on-screen pair, but fans are also in awe of their off-screen bonding. They have often appreciated each other’s work, and this year they again starred together in Shehzada. Apart from working together, it seems that the duo has a special Christmas tradition. This year, Kartik and Kriti spent the occasion together with their common friends.

The celebrities shared photographs from their Christmas celebration on their Instagram stories. Kriti Sanon looked stunning in a red gown, while Kartik Aaryan was dressed in black as they posed in front of a giant Christmas tree. Last year, the duo also spent the day together with their friends. Kriti shared a photo collage of last year’s Christmas celebrations along with this year’s.

Earlier, Kartik Aaryan also wished his fans a Merry Christmas with an adorable picture of his dog, Katori. While Kartik wore a red hoodie, Katori donned a Santa cap.

Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon’s Shehzada had a hefty budget of Rs 85 crore, but it received a lukewarm reception from the audience. Unfortunately, the film did not perform well at the box office, grossing only Rs 47 crore. This was Kartik Aryan’s first Bollywood remake of a South Indian film. Shehzada was adapted from the original film Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo released in 2020, starring Allu Arjun and Pooja Hedge.

Kartik Aaryan was most recently seen in Satyaprem Ki Katha, in which he co-starred with Kiara Advani. He also had a cameo appearance in Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar earlier this year. He’ll be seen next in Kabir Khan’s sports drama Chandu Champion. On the other hand, Kriti Sanon was most recently seen in Ganapath, alongside Tiger Shroff and Amitabh Bachchan. She also appeared alongside Prabhas, Saif Ali Khan, and Sunny Singh in Om Raut’s Adipurush. In addition, the actress has an untitled project in the works with Shahid Kapoor. She will also appear in Rhea Kapoor’s The Crew alongside Kareena Kapoor and Tabu.
