The announcement comes from Sublime Artist Agency, Tiffany’s agency. In a statement, they revealed that after a medical check-up, she has been advised to take a two-week break for proper recovery. The agency expressed regret to fans eagerly awaiting Tiffany’s performances and outlined their commitment to prioritising her health during this period.
“We would like to share information about our artist Tiffany Young’s upcoming schedule. Recently, Tiffany Young underwent a medical examination due to ongoing health concerns and received a recommendation from the medical staff that she needs approximately two weeks of sufficient rest and stability,” the agency explained, as per a report by Soompi.
After careful consideration, the agency decided to temporarily halt Tiffany’s activities to ensure a speedy recovery and expressed apologies to fans. The statement mentioned, “We sincerely apologize to the many fans who have been looking forward to Tiffany Young’s activities and kindly ask for your understanding.” While the specific details regarding the decline in her health remain undisclosed, it is anticipated that Tiffany Young will return approximately one month from now.
The agency reassured fans about prioritising Tiffany’s health and pledged to ensure her return in a healthy state. “Moving forward, we will continue to prioritize the artist’s health and do our best to ensure that Tiffany Young can meet fans again in a healthy state,” they said.
Tiffany made her debut as a member of the K-pop girl group Girls’ Generation in 2007. It was later in 2016, she made her solo debut as an artist.
